How long does it take to learn the Quebec accent?
It depends on you! Assuming a near-perfect Quebec accent :
-If you already have a foundation, a good ear, live in Quebec, and are ready to train regularly , then it can take between 4 and 10 sessions!
-But if you are coming from far away, if you don't know any "local" people who have the desired accent, or if you only train during our sessions , then we're talking about several months of training!
However, the coaching is ultra-personalized .

What's your plan to teach me Quebec French?
The course is structured as follows:
- "Diagnostic" section : I listen to you speak in Quebec French and take note of your strengths and weaknesses
- "Phonetics" section : We work with sounds and syllables and their French-Quebec differences, using a complete manual that I will provide.
- "Practical" part : First on sentences where the differences are highlighted, then on a text that I will provide you, or on a scene that you wish to work on in particular.
All this while giving you precise and personalized tools so that you can also work from home, and become increasingly autonomous in your practice!

I have a role to play/an audition soon, and I don't have much time, can you still help me?
Absolutely! I'll adapt the coaching to your needs and schedule. I'll also make sure the balance between accent and acting is maintained : sometimes we try too hard to be "technical" with a new accent, and we forget about reality and authenticity!
Furthermore, if you are not aiming for a perfectly quebecois accent but only certain specific sounds and a true intonation, you can do it in fewer sessions, while being much more precise and less cliché than by self-teaching on Youtube!

Absolutely! Diction, voice, standard French !
-For voice, I can coach you in person or online! --For accents and diction, we can stay online without any problem.
-I also have the Marseille accent and the Swiss accent up my sleeve.
If you are looking for tools to find an accent for your character, I can also guide you to never caricature an accent and keep it natural .
